A Blast From the Past Wednesday: The Neverending Story

Good evening Dawnies,

I must say one of my favorite 80’s films was The Neverending Story. I first viewed it at eight years old after my mother died. The story, believe it or not, helped me as a motherless child to smile during unbearable grief.

Falkor was my favorite character. In fact, my first love for dragons began with this film. Heck, I wanted to be a dragon. I wanted to fly away from earth into an undying land. I named my undying land Avar. In Avar, my mother was alive, and my sister and I never parted. Avar was was at peace for 1000 years before a high elf returned to bring death to the land.

The story remains in my heart after all these years. I hope the trailer brings you good wishes and fortunes.

Remember, I am looking for a street team to review Dawn of the Dragon before release. Check me out on Wattpad. Check out Creative Tuesday for an excerpt from Dawn.
